Mix Blondor Soft Blonde Cream with Koleston Perfect Developer or Color Touch Emulsion Developer in a non-metallic bowl.
Use a mixing ratio of 1:1.5 up to 1:2.
For on-scalp application, use 20 Vol / 6% developer or below.
