Mix Blondor Multi Blonde Powder with Welloxon Perfect Creme Developer in a non-metallic bowl.
Use a mixing ratio of 1:1.5 up to 1:2.
For on-scalp application, use 20 Vol / 6% developer or below.
Apply according to the desired lightening technique.
Develop for up to 50 minutes, or until the desired level of lightening is achieved.
